01 General Terms & Conditions

These Terms & Conditions (hereinafter referred to as "Terms") govern the use of the jia9.win website and its associated mobile applications. jia9 is an online gaming and entertainment platform serving users in Bangladesh and other countries.

02 Account Register

• Each individual may register a maximum of one account.

• Keep your account password strong and never share it with anyone.

03 Age & Eligibility

Jia9 strictly prohibits use by anyone under the age of 18. Age is verified during registration, and an ID card or birth certificate may be requested if needed.

The following individuals are not eligible to use jia9:

• Anyone under the age of 18.
• Citizens or residents of countries where online gaming is prohibited by law.
• Jia9 officers, employees, or their immediate family members.
• Anyone previously banned or permanently suspended from jia9.

04 Deposits & Payments

Jia9 accepts Mobile Banking, Nagad, and Rocket for deposits. Funds are usually credited within a few minutes. Payments from third-party accounts are not accepted.

• Minimum deposit amount: BDT 300.
• Maximum deposit limit: BDT 50,000 per day.
• There are no additional charges on deposits.

• Depositing funds from illegal sources is strictly prohibited and subject to penalties.

05 Withdrawal Policy

Withdrawals at jia9 are fast and transparent. Requests are typically processed within 3–15 minutes, though verification may add some additional time.

• Minimum withdrawal amount: BDT 500.
• Maximum withdrawal limit: BDT 1,00,000 per day.
• KYC verification is mandatory before your first withdrawal.
• Withdrawals can only be made to a registered payment method.
• The applicable wagering requirements must be met before withdrawing bonus winnings.
• Jia9 reserves the right to temporarily hold withdrawals in cases of suspicious activity.

06 Bonuses & Promotions

• The welcome bonus is available to new members only and can be claimed once.
• Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn directly — the required turnover must be completed first.
• Claiming bonuses across multiple accounts from the same device, IP address, or household will be considered fraud.

07 Gaming Rules

Each game at jia9 has its own rules, which are detailed in the game lobby. Please read the relevant rules thoroughly before playing.

• If a game is interrupted mid-round due to a technical error, that round will be considered void and the wager will be refunded.
• In the event of any dispute over a game result, server logs will be treated as the definitive record.
• In live games, the dealer's decision is final.
• Sports Betting settlements are processed after the official result is published.

08 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on jia9. If any such activity is detected, the account will be permanently closed and the balance may be forfeited.

• Creating or operating multiple accounts.

• Money laundering or any other illegal financial activity.
• Exploiting technical vulnerabilities in the platform to gain an unfair advantage.
• Colluding with other members to influence game outcomes.

09 Account Closure & Suspension

Jia9 reserves the right to suspend or close any account without prior notice if a violation of these terms is suspected.

• Users may also request account closure at any time.
• Any eligible balance may be withdrawn before an account is closed.
• Account balances will not be refunded if an account is closed due to fraudulent activity.

10 Responsible Gaming
